Ya can't build a good house without a good foundation...same way with a brisket. This simple rub of coarse ground salt, pepper, garlic, onion and a few spices thrown in would be a great start to putting you on top. Use it by itself or use it with your favorite seasoning for the perfect brisket. The sky is the limit with this seasoning! Excellent when paired with Freedom Rub

Amazing rubs

I smoked a brisket with BRISKET BOMB, for 16 hours, has the best flavor. Also did a pork butt with RED DIrt rub with SPG&OMG mixed in. so delicious, moist. Best flavor. Best price, will be reordering soon

My New Favorite Seasoning

Having a good all purpose house seasoning is key to my easy meal prep. I've always been a fan of Adams Reserve House seasoning, but it's so expensive I shy away from using it anymore. My mom recommended this brand of seasoning, admittedly - I bought it so I could just tell her I bought it, but man, this is my new favorite seasoning. Exponentially better that any I've tried. I made the mistake of running out of my first canister, so I ordered 3 so I wouldn't make that mistake again. It's fantastic on all proteins and vegetables as well. You just can't go wrong.
